Questions, answered
Not at all. Around three quarters of our sessions run online over encrypted voice with screen share. If you are local to Melbourne you are welcome to book an in-studio seat at 128 Lygon Street, where we have three coaching booths.
Our core titles are League of Legends, Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Elden Ring and Hollow Knight. We also take speedrun mentoring for most single-player action titles — email us the game and category and we will confirm a coach within a day.
Sessions are paid up front in Australian dollars. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your booking; inside that window we credit half the fee toward your next session.
Yes. Every premium guide is revised within 48 hours of a major patch, and you keep lifetime access to updates for any guide you purchase. We post a changelog with each revision so you can see exactly what moved.
Absolutely. A good share of our regulars started never having touched ranked play. We build a gentle fundamentals track — positioning, comms and review habits — before touching anything advanced.
You can. We issue digital gift vouchers in any amount that never expire, and they can be redeemed against coaching, mentoring or guides. Just mention it in the contact form and we will send a code.
